Mustered in September 11, 1862. Died of disease (typhoid pneumonia and fever) in a General Hospital at Lebanon, Marion County, Kentucky on November 12, 1862. Buried in National Cemetery, Lebanon, Ky. Grave No. 517. -- U.S., Registers of Deaths of Volunteers, 1861-1865 and U.S., Civil War Soldier Records and Profiles, 1861-1865.
