Mrs. Grace Edick was the mother of my friend, Don Edick. Grace, once an employee of Stolzfus Amish Deli at the Allentown Farmer's Market, was known as the "Pig Lady" due to her collection of pig pins, hats, pens and knick-knacks. She once said that her tombstone will state, "This little piggy isn't going to market any more."
