Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Maroa United Methodist Church. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Maroa, and one hour before services in the church on Wednesday. Burial will be in Maroa Cemetery.
Dr. Crouch was born in Maroa, son of Dr. Rolla O. and Mary Effie Crouch. He was a dentist in Maroa for 36 years, before retiring in 1986. He also had a practice with his father for several years and was a member of Maroa United Methodist Church, American Dental Society, Decatur District Dental Society, Pilot's Association of America, National Rifle Association, Decatur Gun Club and was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran. He married Virginia R. Holt in 1943.
Surviving are his wife; sons, James R. of Chicago; Robert S. of Omaha, NE.; daughter, Carol A. Schlitt of Freeburg; four grandchildren.
