Mrs. Abrams was born November 7, 1875 in Winn Parish and lived most of her life here. She passed away in Winnfield on Wednesday, June 13, after a long illness.
Interment was in the Hurricane Grove Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
Survivors are two sons, Roy Harper of Winnfield and Troy Harper of Sikes; one daughter, Zella Higdon of Sikes; one sister, Mrs. [sic Miss] Jane Boles of Winnfield; eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Mrs. Abrams was a member of Hurricane Grove Baptist Church and had taken an active part in church and community activities.
