A Memorial Service will be held, Thursday, August 1, 2013, 2:30 PM at the Palmer, Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Home, Delta Chapel with Chaplain Steve Ezop officiating. The family will recieve relatives and friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Lung Association in memory of Patricia.
