The Death Of Virginia Hargraves
The light of our home has gone to rest with God up in the sky. She left one morning smiling and came home with unseeing eyes. She waded into Wolftever Creek on the 11th day of June. The muddy water hit the drop that must have been her doom. Why she didn't even try to swim I guess we'll never know. God was master of that scene it was just her time to go. Her baseball team did all they could but it was all in vain, Wolftever Creek was still the boss and God had played the game.
Ginia was sweet so kind and true and loved by all her friends. They were all heartbroken to learn she had reached the end. Just 18 years of happiness, Virginia Hargraves was her name. We'll miss her so but we all know she'll suffer no more pain. He is gathering buds and flowers for His mansion up above, but it's left our home so lonely without the one we love.
We'll keep a place reserved inside our lonely broken heart's, and live and pray we'll meet someday, where we never more will part.
You never know how lonely till you see their vacant chair their faces and their smiles are gone. No one to fill their chair but when we get to Heaven how sweet will be the day to get and talk and sing and pray just like the yesterday.
