Services for E. B. Gilmore, 68, were held at Denver Avenue Church of Christ with minister Grandol Forehand officiating. Mr. Gilmore was born in the Henry Chapel Community and lived in Young County for 45 years. He united with the Church of Christ and lived a devoted Christian life.
Survived by his wife; four daughters - Jennell Gilmore, Norma Jean Gilmore, Sue Allen Gilmore, Theola May Castell; two sons - Kenneth Gilmore and Billy Gilmore; six sisters - Winnie Atwood, Ruth Atwood, Lillie Bennett, Fay Wells, Thresa Sanders, Vera Maye Williams; 20 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
