Tamara S. Romer Scott, 40, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday at home. She was a lifelong resident of Syracuse. She was predeceased by her father, Donald Romer Sr., in 2002 and a brother, Donald Jr., in 1967. Surviving are two sons, Jeremy Romer of Syracuse and Steven Scott Jr. of Fulton; two daughters, Marisa Scott and Brittany Scott, both of Syracuse; her mother, Sandra Romer of East Syracuse; a sister, Tina Romer Cusson of East Syracuse; a brother, David Romer of El Paso, TX; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; longtime companion, Chris Castro; and other children she loved and cared for. Funeral Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Delaney-Greabell-Adydan Funeral Home. Calling Hours: 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 241 Kinne St., East Syracuse. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
