Converse, April 17 - Leander J. Drollinger, 74, died Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock in his home near Converse. He had been ill since last July.
Mr. Drollinger, a retired farmer, was born at Roann Sept 14, 1871. He had resided in a farm near Converse for several years. His first marriage was to Bessie Appleman who preceded him in death about 20 years ago. He was married the second time on Nov. 8, 1933 to Sarah Altice, who survives.
Other survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Gloe Vrooman, Wabash, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The body has been taken to the Larrison Funeral home in Converse where friends may call and where services will be held Friday morning at 10 o'clock. The Rev. Elwood Dunn will officiate and burial will be in Wabash Friends Cemetery.
