Dennis W. Crowser, 46, born June 7, 1963, in St. George, Utah, to Wallene W. Green and Dallas Ben Green, died Dec. 23 in Vernal due to a vehicle accident. His mother, Wallene and grandparents, Lillian and Walter S. Workman, met him and took him home.
He leaves behind two children, Mariah Lillian Crowser and Zachary L. Crowser.
He is survived by two sisters, Raelene Postma (Henry) Hurricane, Utah, and Gina K. Slaugh (Roy), Vernal.
Services were held Dec. 30 at Thomson-Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
