Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 10:00 A.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Mike Greene officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

The Maury County native was the son of the late William Allen Kincaid and Sarah Katherine Moore Kincaid. He was married to Zelma "Zell" Rochelle Kincaid who preceded him in death on December 31, 1999. Mr. Kincaid served in the U. S. Army and was a member of Herbert Griffin American Legion Post 19. He was a member of North View Church of Christ.
Survivors include two sons, Emory (Gail) Kincaid of Hermitage; Ronald (Cynthia) Kincaid of Columbia; one daughter, Brenda (Wayne) Romesburg of Columbia; one brother, Dugan (Pearl) Kincaid of Columbia; five grandchildren, Emory (Angela) Kincaid Jr. and Holly (Scott) Lively, both of Mt. Juliet; Scott Kincaid of Donelson; Dawn (Daryl) Gaw of Old Hickory; Mindy Leigh Kincaid of Columbia; eight great grandchildren, Samantha Kincaid, Dylan Gaw, Courtney Gaw, Ryan Kincaid, Kellen Lively, Cade Lively, Makayla Kincaid, and Emma Grace Kincaid.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Judy Kincaid in 1992.
Pallbearers will be Terry Chappell, Lesley B. Chappell, Jr., Allen Kincaid, Jeffery Kincaid, Howard Johnson, Larry Peters, and David Kincaid. Honorary pallbearers will be retired employees of Union Carbide.
