Donna was preceded in death by newborn twins, Daryl & Darla; a daughter, Brenda and a grandson, Ricky Don. She is survived by her husband, her parents, four sons along with their wives, Allen & Kathie; Rick & Sherry; George and Les & Betty; a daughter Lynda Wampler, eight grandchildren, and three sisters, Bonnie Sullivan, Bea Ruzicka and Berta Combs.
Donna worked for many years at the hospital in Morton and she felt a kinship with the people with whom she worked. However, what she really loved was taking summers off to go on wheat harvest with her husband and family. She was adept at getting a hot meal to the field. She would then stay to haul wheat to the elevator in the afternoons. The travel involved in this spoke to her heart and she was always ready to "load up"!
Donna loved her husband, she loved her family and she loved Floyd Cramer. She fought breast cancer courageously and was an inspiration to all who knew her.
