Former Naples Resident Dies In Salt Lake.

Fuller Rasmussen Remington, 91, died October 22, 1982 of pneumonia.

He was born January 17, 1891 in Naples.

He was born 17, 1891 in Naples to Joseph Fuller and Amanda Rasmussen Remington. He married Edith Leona Hadlock in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on October 5, 1921. She died January 1, 1981.

Fuller was raised in Naples and attended Uintah High School. he served a 26 month mission in New Zealand, was bishop of Naples Ward, bishop's counselor of Vernal 1st Ward, high counselor in Uintah Stake, first branch president of the Washington Terrace, Ogden Utah Ward.

He was a supervisor in the gilsonite mines and a foreman and purchasing agent as well as road supervisor of Uintah County. Fuller served as postmaster at Hill Field and was an insurance salesman.

He was a member of the Vernal Lions Club, supervised construction of Vernal 1st Ward. he was active in politics and served as first PTA president at Washington Terrace in Ogden.

Survivors are sons and daughter, Don R., F., Ted, all of Salt Lake City; Earl J., San Ramon, California; Mrs. Harvey C. (Lois) Hirschi of Sandy, Mrs. Lee C. (Cleo) Atkin pf St. George; 24 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Monday, October 25, in the Goff Mortuary Chapel. Burial was in Elysian Burial Gardens.
