Tempie was the d/o M. Valentine Gause and Amelia Harold.
some question the slabs, about 1960 William "Dub" Faulk, Floyd and Tempies son took concrete and did the best he could there so we weren't to lose where they were placed at least....this gravesite is on old Faulk land in Simmons Bay area, not visible from the road and you'll have to drive about 200 yards before getting out to walk the additional 200 yard through fields and canals to get to it....directly across from the old Cleve Faulk house still standing....there is no roads to it...you could take a tractor....several of John William Faulk's children are buried up there, most have fine stones too....Floyd lost his first wife and the kids were adopted out then he married Josephine Milliken and had one child, who was barely born when he died, we have no pictures of Floyd so if anyone can run one of those down it would be great....to date we have never located one.
