DEATH CLAIMS MRS. BARRETT
Aged Resident Dies at Home on Werner Avenue-Funeral Thursday.

Mrs. Cora B. Hill Barrett, 81, wife of William H. Barrett, died at 9:25 o'clock this morning at her home 833 Werner avenue, after being in hill health for some time.

The body was taken to the Hathaway funeral home where funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. E. Adrian Struble, pastor of the Wertz Memorial U. B. church. Burial will be made at Garland Brook cemetery.

The casket will be open at the residence after Wednesday noon where friends may call until 10:30 o'clock Thursday morning when it will be moved back to the funeral home.

Mrs. Barrett was born in Jennings county, but spent practically all of her life in Columbus.

She is survived by her husband and eight children, George Hill of Indianapolis, Ralph Hill of Anderson, Paul Hill of the U. S. Navy, Mrs. Anna Morgan of Franklin and James Hill, Mrs. Minnie Berry, Mrs. Florence Plummer and Mrs. Carry Query, all of Columbus, 28 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
