Jackie J. Armstrong, 82, Barry, died June 17, 1996, in Corsicana.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Corley Funeral Chapel with Rev. B. Suzy Welch of Emhouse United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow at the Pattison Cemetery in Emhouse under the direction of Corley Funeral Home. Visitation will take place at 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Corley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Armstrong was born September 8, 1913, in Waco. She was a member of the Emhouse Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jackie Jo & Bobby Thomas of Terrell, Katherine & Bob Cameron of Quitman; one son and daughter-in-law, W. J. "Sonny" & Linda Armstrong; one sister, Holly Mae Powers of Wolf City; 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charlie Jo Armstrong.
