Abram Snyder, son of Moses & Hannah Shantz Snyder was born in Waterloo Co. Ont. on Aug. 19, 1963; passed away at his home near Vestaburg, Mich. April 23, 1945; age 81y.8m.4d.
On Oct. 11, 1887 he married to Elizabeth Dettweiler.
He is survived by his wife, 5 children (Hannah, Susanna, Lydia, Abram and Leroy), one brother (Jacob, of Ontario), 20 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
Two children (Matilda & Allen) preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held April 26 at his late home and the Ferris Center Church of Christ, in charge of E.E. Bontrager.
Interment was made in the adjoining cemetery.
