Dianna Lee Evans, age 50, of Jena, Louisiana, passed away Thursday, January 1, 2009.
She is the daughter of John Evans and the late Dorothy (Breland) Evans of Jena.
She is survived by her father, John Evans; two daughters, Rebecca Edwards of Jena & Cassie Edwards of Highland, Texas; two sons, Kenneth Edwards & wife Mandy, and Dallas Edwards of Jena, LA; two sisters, Sharon Day & husband David of Houston, Texas & Terry Wade of Pineville, LA; one brother, Charles Kelley & wife Marcelle of Jena, LA; two grandsons, Jonathan & Justin Edwards.
Funeral service will be in the Chapel of Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home, Jena, at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 4, 2009, with Bro. James Michael Evans officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Saturday, January 3, 2009 and from 8:30 AM to time of service on Sunday, January 4, 2009. Ms. Evans will be laid to rest in the Jena Cemetery, Jena, La.
Pallbearers are Ben Whatley, Chet Whatley, David Day, Val Evans, Bard Lambeth & Bo Hudspeth.
Honorary Pallbearers are Larry Hines and Wanda Dees.
