Stacy Edwin Mason, 30 years of age, of Sand Hill, Kentucky, departed this life on Thursday, January 1st, 2009 at his home.
He was born on November 8th, 1978 in the Rockcastle County Hospital to Eugene Mason and Alice Hubbard Mason. He was member of the Sand Hill Baptist Church. Stacy enjoyed being outside with his bulldogs and writing music. His dream always was to have his own band. Not only was he a talented singer but also writer as well. He expressed himself thru words and music. He also enjoyed watching sports. He had been a Masoner for the last six years.
Stacy will never be forgotten and always loved by everyone he came into contact with. He had a carefree spirit and would help anyone any way he could.
He was survived by his parents, Alice and Eugene Mason of Sand Hill, Kentucky; two brothers, Jason Eugene (and Rebecca) Mason and Kevin Mason, both of Sand Hill, Kentucky; his girlfriend of four years, Lisa Durham of Mount Vernon, Kentucky; his grandmother, Glessie Hubbard of Livingston, Kentucky; and a host of friends and neighbors include special friend John Pope of Mount Vernon, Kentucky.
Visitations were held on Sunday, January 4th, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the Sand Hill Baptist Church.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday, January 5th, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. at the Sand Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Tommy Miller officiating.
Burial followed in the Mason Family Cemetery in Sand Hill, Kentucky.
