She is survived by one daughter, Sue (husband, Wayne) McLennan of Quincy; one son, Robert (wife, Donna) Clark of Champaign; five grandchildren, Sean (wife, Sheri) McLennan of Marshall, Aaron (wife, Shelly) McLennan of Camp Point, Scott McLennan of Roxana, Andrew (wife, Kara) Clark of Westfield, Indiana, and Brian (wife, Lindsay) Clark of Carmel, Indiana; 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends. In addition to her parents, one sister, June Meyer, and one brother, Robert R. Brasell, preceded her in death.
Mrs. Clark was a teacher for many years, beginning her career in a one-room country school and continuing to teach at Chapin and Arenzville Elementary Schools, and many years substitute teaching in Triopia Community Unit School District 27. She was a graduate of the MacMurray College teacher's program, and had taken classes through Kansas State University and Western Illinois University. She was a longtime and active member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, where she taught Sunday School and confirmation classes, and was a charter member of the Anna Garten Society.
Services were entrusted to Williamson Funeral Home of Jacksonville, Illinois.
