Timothy Coleman Sparks






Timothy Coleman Sparks of Lennox, South Dakota was born January 8, 1966 in Omaha, Nebraska, the son of Thomas Franklin and Betty Jean (West) Sparks. He departed this life Thursday, December 25, 2008 at his brother's home in Fargo, North Dakota at the age of 42 years, 11 months and 17 days.

Tim loved Jesus. His family was blessed to have him with them for 42 years. "Our children are our heritage from God, and Christmas, the day God sent His Son, He willed that our son, His gift to us, be taken back to Him. Absent from the body, present with the Lord."

He was preceded in death by an uncle, Jack Sparks.

He is survived by his parents, Tom and Betty Sparks, Garden City, Missouri; two brothers, Gary Rustin, Rochester, Minnesota and Tom Sparks, Jr., Fargo, North Dakota; one uncle, Bill Sparks, Raymore, Missouri; four aunts, Lynn Shaw, Olathe, Kansas, Maryann Cox, Lake Winnebago, Missouri, Dorothy Sparks, Overland Park, Kansas, Edna Tanton, Garden City, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.



"The One true God a savior sent, to an evil world that's hell bent. The Savior sent to be our sin if only man would let Him in. Upon a cross God gave His Son to the world the war was won. The war was won upon the cross the appearance was that He had lost. His Son sent on down to hell for us the story His to tell. Jesus arose for us all to see His victory for you and me. His life He gave a sacrifice those that believe He gave new life."

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 5, 2009 at the Dayton Community Church near Garden City, Missouri with burial in the Garden City Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 5, 2009 at the church.
