Funeral services for David Arthur "D.A." Cruzan, 72, of Tuttle, Oklahoma were held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 18, 2006 at the First Baptist Church of Tuttle.

David Arthur "D.A." Cruzan was born April 11, 1934 the son of Lee and Bernice (Buck) Cruzan and died November 15, 2006 at his home in Tuttle.

Mr. Cruzan lived around Tuttle all of his life. He was a farmer and enjoyed fishing.

He was preceded in death by: Father: Lee Cruzan; Sister: Betty Heldenbrand.

Survivors include: Mother: Bernice Cruzan of Tuttle; five sisters: Ava Cummings and husband Milburn of Tuttle, Wanada Klippel and husband Ealmer of Chickasha, Joy Hardesty and husband Lee of Horican, Wisconsin, Peggy Parish and husband Don of Oklahoma City, Lora Collins of Blanchard; one brother: Steve Cruzan of Stillwater; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home of Tuttle.
