Mary Elna Klutts, 83, died at 5:20 a.m. May 6, 2002, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
Born March 10, 1919, in Portageville, daughter of the late William and Minnie Gilbow Warth, she had been a retail sales clerk for Blum's Department Store, P.N. Hirsch and J.C. Penney. She was a Mary Kay representative for more than 20 years and volunteered at Missouri Delta Medical Center for several years. A member of Tanner Street Church of God, she was also a member of the Altrusa Club and Friday Morning Prayer Group.
On Aug. 14, 1938, at Risco, she married William H. Klutts who preceded her in death on Feb. 11, 1964.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Sheila Klutts; one daughter, Joyce Simonsen; one brother, Bill Warth; four sisters, Margaret Williams, Martha Cook, Berniece Welch and Donna Adams; and six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son, James Edward Klutts; and one sister, Nevel Ornder.
Visitation was at Blanchard Funeral Chapel.
Services were scheduled at Tanner Street Church of God with the Rev. Carl Addison, pastor, officiating.
Burial followed in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
