Rosa Doyle Craig, 86, of Salem, passed away peacefully January 1, 2009, at her home in Ridgewood Gardens. She was predeceased by her husband, John, and her son, Phillip. She is survived by a son, David (Birgit) Craig, of Staunton; daughters, Jean (Emory) Elmore, of Madisonville, LA, and Joan (Edward) Ross, of Holden Beach, NC; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Rosa was a 30 year volunteer at Community Hospital and a long time member of Rosalind Hills Baptist Church. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2009, at Lotz Funeral Home, Salem. Service will be held at Rosalind Hills Baptist Church on January 3, 2009, at noon. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park.
