Excerpt--Rowelsburg--Mrs. Lottie Sarah Wotring, 75, died in a Morgantown Hospital yesterday. She was a former resident of Cumberland. A native of Rowlesburg, she was born Nov. 19, 1882, a daughter of the late James X. and Martha (Fisher) Hooton. Her husband, David P. Wotring, died July 16, 1953. Survivors include two sons, James W. Wotring of Kingwood, and Charles D. Wotring of Rowlesburg; a sister, Mrs. Mattie Booger of York, Pa., seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
