He is survived by his wife, Ida May Powers of Miamisburg; sons, Frank Powers of Atlanta, Georgia, Ron (Sherry) Powers of Miamisburg; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brothers; Jack (Joyce) Powers and Ples (Betty) Powers both of Cincinnati, Ohio; sisters-in-laws; Helen Dye of Barbourville, Kentucky and Irene Noe of Corbin, Kentucky.
Frank was preceded in this life by his parents; sisters; Sue Wolfe, Lucille Powers and Nannie Johnson; brothers; Clyde Powers, Charles Powers, Bill Powers and John Powers.
Funeral services conducted in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Denvil Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Pea Ridge Cemetery at Artemus with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
