Survivors include his wife, Alexandra "Sandy," two daughters, two sons, mother Willie Barlow; brother James Barlow; sister Patricia Barlow Frazier; and two grandchildren.

Services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave. Contributions can be made to the Arizona Kidney Foundation, 3249 E. Indian School Road, Suite Two, Phoenix 85018.
