MARY MONTESI SPINOSA, 86, of Memphis, retired grocer and homemaker, died of heart failure Monday at Methodist Healthcare-North. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ann Catholic Church in Bartlett, where she was a communicant, with burial in Memorial Park. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. Mrs. Spinosa, the widow of Charles Thomas Spinosa, leaves two daughters, Anita S. Old and Janet S. Ticer, both of Memphis; two sons, Philip C. Spinosa of Memphis and Stephen O. Spinosa of Loveland, Colo.; a sister, Lillian Montesi Cara of Memphis, 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
