Mary A. Lawson
GROVE HILL - Mary A. Lawson, a Grove Hill homemaker and a member of Satsuma Baptist Church, died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was 70.
Mrs. Lawson was a native of Seven Hills, Ala.
Survivors include her husband, Emet J. Lawson of Grove Hill; three sons, Emet Wayne Lawson of Thomasville, Ala., Jackie Dwight Lawson of Leroy, Ala., and Malcolm Jeffery Lawson of Jackson; four daughters, Mary Angela Spiers of Mobile, Dora Darlene Lawson and Sylvia Ann Harris, both of Jackson, and Brenda Lawson Williams of Lower Peach Tree, Ala.; two brothers, Manuel Young and Tony Young, both of Satsuma; a sister, Eunice LaGraw of Mobile; 28 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Services are set for 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with burial at Satsuma Cemetery.
