Hartley
Services for Laura Estelle Gilliland Hartley, 86, of Houston, formerly of Milam County, were held graveside in the Liberty Cemetery Sunday, Dec. 28, with Rev. Burt Graham officiating.
Mrs. Hartley died Dec. 25 in a Missouri City nursing center.
She was born June 1, 1922 in Davilla, the daughter of James C. and Elizabeth Dragoo Gilliland.
She was preceded in death by her son, Randy Hartley, in 1996 and her husband James Wilson Hartley in 1982. Also preceding her in death were her brothers, J.C., Troy and William (Buck) Gilliland.
Green-Patterson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
