. Dewey H. Totten, 84, Rt. 5, Olney, died Monday at 06 p.m. in Richland Memorial Hospital.
. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Summers Funeral Home with Rev. Neil Brooks presiding. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery.
. Mr. Totten was born March 11, 1899, in Richland County, the son of Ezra Grant and Eunice Lenna (Knight) Totten. He married Lillie Ingram Jan. 23, 1919 and she survives.
. He was a farmer.
. Other survivors include four sons, Melvin, Noble; James and Lee, both of Olney; and Bernerd, San Antonio, Texas; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandsons, Johnny and Manford Totten; great-grandson Jimmie Totten; and three brothers, Ralph, Chester, and Kenneth Totten.
