Wilma Ridenour, 93, of the Fellowsville Community, formerly of Tunnelton died Sunday, August 13, 2017 at Janet's Heavenly Home with her extended family by her side. She was born September 23, 1923, in Austin, a daughter of the late Ira and Cosa M. Bolyard Shay. She owned and ran Dutch's Service Station and Fellowsville Auto with her husband for many years.

Wilma is survived by her granddaughter, Felicia Lyn Mullins and great grandson, Steven Herron; her extended family, Janet Haddix, Chastity Swisher, Amber Haskiell, Sharon and Aaron Swearinger, Asley Sisler, Brenda Adams, Lulabell Martin, Vickie Trout and Gloria Huffman.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Aubra (Dutch) Ridenour in 2003, her infant daughter, Lois Rae Ridenour; her son, Robert Ridenour; two sisters, Helen Underwood and Ruby Sheets; three brothers, Glenn, Darrell and Vernon Shay.

Special thanks for the care of Mrs. Ridenour to Amedisys Hospice staff, Paula, Sharon, Toni and Chaplin Craig Falkenstine.

Family and friends will be received at Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood on Wednesday, August 16, from 6-8 pm where funeral services will be held Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 11am with Chaplin Craig Falkenstine officiating. Interment will follow in the Flag Chapel Cemetery.
