Death of Mrs. A. A. Davis
Mrs. A. Alva A. Davis died Sunday morning, November 28. She had been in ill health for some months, when her suffering was brought to its close by death.
The funeral services were held at three o'clock, Monday afternoon at the home of John Trober. Rev. H W. Nicholson, minister of the Christian church, conducting the service. Her resting place is in the Fowler cemetery.
Artie M. McKinney was born January 14, 1873, at Bolivar, Polk county, Missouri, and came to Meade county, with her parents in 1888 and had since resided here.
