Lisa ‘Weezie' Hart

Lisa "Weezie" Hart, 49, of Puryear died Friday, Dec. 26, 2008, at Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville following a brief illness.

Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.

Randy Stephens will officiate. Burial will be in Puryear City Cemetery.

Chosen as pallbearers are Bobby Milam, Mitch Sykes, Kenny Paschall, Loyd Salmon, Gordon Dunning, Eddie Weiss, Roy Thetford and Chris Ray.

Honorary pallbearers are members of the Puryear Lions Club and Joey Clayton.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Born in Paris on July 3, 1959, she was the daughter of Betty Hart Jackson of Puryear and the late Dorris Hart. She was the stepddaughter of the late R.P. "Bob" Jackson.

Hart was a member of Sulphur Well Church of Christ. She formerly worked at Mar-Kel Lighting, was a former T-Ball baseball coach and former adult league softball player. She was a member of the Puryear Lions Club and a Helping Hand volunteer.

In addition to her mother, she leaves a brother: Ted (Lisa) Hart of Puryear; two stepsisters: Linda Adams and Christy Strawn, both of Florida; one stepbrother: Larry Jackson of Florida; two nieces: Keila (Eddie) Krause of Paris and Erica Brown of Puryear; a great-nephew: Evan Krause; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
