He was born Aug. 24, 1993, in Denver to Dean Lee and Lisa Marie Parks Ward.
Justin was a sophomore at Dighton High School. He was very involved in school activities. He loved music and was in a band, as well as the Dighton High School Marching Band. He played football, basketball, track and cross country. He loved to fish and hunt, and this year, he had gotten his first deer. He loved his family and enjoyed socializing with his friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a great-grandmother, Sarah Vaughn.
Survivors include his parents; one sister, Jessica Ward of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; three brothers, James Ward, Joe Ward and Jason Ward, all of Dighton; one niece; a grandmother; two uncles and two aunts.
Funeral was at the United Methodist Church in Dighton.
Burial was at the Dighton Memorial Cemetery.
