He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Mangum; wife, Brenda Mangum; one son, Paul Tuggle and his wife, Cathy; one grandson, Weston Tuggle; four brothers, Jimmy Mangum, Don Ray Mangum, Billy Mangum and Wayne Mangum; one sister, Patsy Bean.
J.C. served in the National Guard and retired from Alcoa after thirty years.
