Roy Hanna, son of the late Frank and Mary Hanna was born in Pawnee county February 15, 1899 and passed away November 9, 1967 at the age of 68 years, 9 months and 22 days. His illness was of short duration.
On April 19, 1922 he was married to Miss Mabel Lockett.
Roy had lived in Dunbar, Nebr., and operated a business there and then moved back to Pawnee City in 1930. He was bridge foreman for Pawnee County for many years, then retired and has worked in office and county shop for the last two years.
In his death he is survived by his wife, Mabel, one sister, Mary Hubka of Beatrice, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Wherever he went he was liked and made lasting friends. He was a good husband.
