Graveside funeral services for Mr. Lawrence Edward Bradford, age 87, of Boaz, AL formerly of Fayetteville who passed away at his residence Thursday, December 25, 2008 will be conducted on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 2 p.m. in the Riverview Memorial Gardens with Bro. Andy Brown officiating. Burial will follow with the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home assisting.

Mr. Bradford was a native of Limestone County, AL; son of the late Thomas Newton & Mary Etta Brown Bradford. He was retired from Kraft Foods and worked in the Funeral Industry for several years, he was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of the Prospect Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents Mr. Bradford was preceded in death by his wife: Frances, a grandson: Christopher Smith and a son-in-law: Hugh ( Buddy ) Smith. He is survived by 2 daughters: Elaine Smith of Boaz, AL & Janet Amos of Georgia. 2 grandchildren: Mike Corbin & Sherry Corbin; 6 great-grandchildren: Jessica, Elaine, Rachel, Tommy, Luke, & Aaron Corbin.
