ALICE M BECHIE
Cumberland,maryland --- Alice Marie (Clise) Bechie, 87, of Cumberland, died Tuesday, June 22, 2004, at Devlin Manor Nursing Home.
Born Nov. 1, 1916, in Loartown, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Mary Alice (Blubaugh) Clise. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl J. Bechie; one son, Carl W. Bechie; and one brother, William G. Clise.
Mrs. Bechie was Methodist by faith, and a 1935 graduate of Beall High School.
Surviving are two sons, John P. Bechie, Chillicothe, Ohio, and Thomas E. Bechie, Bel Air, Cumberland; one daughter-in-law, Shirley E. Bechie, LaVale; one sister-in-law, Elizabeth Cook, Midland; 6 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren
Services will be private.
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
The Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, is in charge of arrangements.
