Frank H. Boughton, 81, who came to the Dennis vicinty when he was two years old, died at 9:40 o'clock last night at Mercy hospital. He had been in failing health two years and entered the hospital three months ago. Boughton was born Nov 22, 1869 at Manteno, Ill and was brought to Kansas by his parents. He was married in 1881 to Patrician McMain at Cherryvale. She died 16 years ago. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Winifred Garber, rural Dennis with whom he made his home and a brother, Ray Boughton who lives in Wisconsin. Services will be held at teh Carson Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Allison Adams of Cherryvale officiating. Burial will be in Harmony Grove cemetery.
