Fred Butler, 74, of Paoli passed away Monday, Dec. 22, 2008 in the Little River Memorial Hospital in Ashdown, Ark.
He was born Oct. 9, 1934 in Foreman, Ark., to Eldria and Ethel Lee Johnson Butler.
He was a minister in the Paoli Church of Christ for 28 years, served 20-plus years on the Paoli Volunteer Fire Department, Paoli Development Board, Cemetery Board, Senior Citizens and Meals on Wheels.
Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 26 in the Foreman Church of Christ with minister Billy Blakney officiating.
