Lucretia and Andrew Jackson Ashley were married in Bath, KY 9 Jun 1856. They later moved to Boone County, and they farmed the area and raised their family. AJ was part of the KY Calvary during the Civil War, and as he was heading back home from the camp in Evansville, IN, he died.
