Richard "Pleas" Pleasant Bellamy, 88, passed away at his Home on Route 2 Paden, Miss on Tuesday 5 June 1945(9:40 pm per family bible), He had been ill for several months.

He was the Son of the late Mr. & Mrs. William Jasper Bellamy & Martha Jane Riddle.

He was married several years ago to Miss Nancy Elizabeth Ramsey(maiden name was Palmer), who passed away about four years ago.

To this Union there was born 8 Children, 6 Boys and 2 Girls: Oliver Finnie of Augusta, GA; Finis of Detroit, MI; Ludy Coleman of Pensacola, FL; Alvin of Oklahoma City, OK; Homer of Paden; Pearl of Grenada: Sidney and Jessie passed away several years ago.

Mr. Bellamy was a Man of Deep Convictions and was very Loyal and Devoted to his Family and Relatives who mourn his passing deeply.

His funeral was conducted at Mackey's Creek Primitive Baptist Church where he had been a Faithful Member for more than 30 years, by Elder Hardwick on 6 June 1945.
