Lamontville.
Survivors include her sons, Jonathan
David Johnson of Dayton, and Jon Austin
Baker of Athens; her parents, Ronald
David Lewis and Clara Lewis of
Grandview; her paternal grandmother,
Mary Kerr of Lebanon; her maternal
grandmother, Mary Creekmore of Dayton;
her sister, Lisa Yvonne David of
Grandview; and her brother, John Franklin
Lewis of Crossville. Several aunts,
uncles, cousins, three nieces and two
nephews also survive.
The remembrance of life service will be
conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the
Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush
Funeral Home with Reverends Chris
Pugh and Steve Taylor officiating.
Interment will follow at Reed Cemetery in
Grandview with the family serving as
pallbearers.
The family received friends from 6 to 9
p.m. on Tuesday.

in charge of arrangements.
