He was born June 11, 1930 in Everett, a son of the late William Hall and Marie (Price) Hall.
On June 30, 1955 in Hollywood, Maryland, he married Virginia R. (Nelson) Hall, who survives along with a sister, Patricia Clark, of Chambersburg; three brothers, Charles Hall, and wife Shirley of Travelers Rest, SC, Raymond Hall, of Linglestown and Ronald Hall of Greencastle. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by four sisters, Charlotte, Hazel, Mary and Shirley, and three brothers, John, Benjamin, and Fred.
Mr. Hall was a lifelong member of the Everett Church of the Brethren. During his younger years, he worked at Everett Hardwood Lumber Company, and then was employed as a mechanic at Letterkenny Army Depot for over 35 years until retiring.
Jim and his wife enjoyed attending yard sales, collecting antiques and many other items, and he also enjoyed searching for lost objects with his metal detector. He will be greatly missed by family and friends, he was "Our Dear Jim."
