Zilpha Cox Hunsaker, 94, returned to her loving Heavenly Father on January 29, 1999 at the Orchard Park Care Center in Orem, Utah.

She is the dearly loved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother of three surviving children: Bonnie Jean H. Shoemaker (Kelsey), Draper; Jacqueline H. Walkenhorst (Wilford), Draper; Weldon Reuel Hunsaker (Pauline) Draper; 16 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren five great-great-grandchildren.

She was born August 19, 1904 in Hooper, Utah. She is the last surviving child of Robert and Tirza (Howard) Cox. She had 13 brothers and sisters.

Mother met our father, Reuel Weldon Hunsaker while working at the Roy, Utah cannery. They were married and sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on November 21, 1923.

Her loving Reuel passed away on August 24, 1983. Mom was active in the L.D.S. Church. She loved Relief Society and was a counselor in the Presidency of the Draper Third Ward. She was also the magazine representative and worked hard for 100%.

She participated in the old Fifteenth Ward Choir in Salt Lake City and the Draper Third Ward Choir. Mother loved to work with our father in the Temple. She donated quality time to her family. She was Mrs. Santa Claus to all her children every Christmas and gave them a gift which was cherished by all.

Mother was a great cook and loved to have dinners at her home. She will be remembered as a loving devoted wife, mother, grandmother, neighbor, and friend. She was thankful for her extended family for their thoughtfulness and generosity to her.

Funeral Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 1999 at the Eastridge 1st Ward Building, 675 East 11400 South, Draper, Utah. Friends may call on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South), Sandy, Utah and on Monday from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. prior to the services.

Interment: Larkin Sunset Gardens.
