Beatrice V. Beamesderfer, 74, of Schaefferstown died Saturday, Jan. 15, 2005, in Lebanon's Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Frederick Beamesderfer Sr. Born Feb. 16, 1930, in Heidelberg Township, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Sr. and Mary Buchter Keppley. She was employed as a seamstress at the former Richland Knitting Mills and Binner Associates in Schaefferstown. Surviving are daughters Joanne M., wife of Jack Hill of Myerstown, and Janice L. Beamesderfer of Schaefferstown; son Frederick S. Jr., husband of Sylvia Beamesderfer of Myerstown; sisters Betty Backert of Schoeneck, Edith Martzall of Schaefferstown and Margaret Frankfort, Stella Martzall, Sherry, wife of Ammon Hammer, and Sally, wife of Ralph Weachter Jr., all of Newmanstown; brothers Clarence Jr., husband of Mary Lou Keppley, Kenneth, husband of Cheryl Keppley, and Henry, husband of Carol Keppley, all of Newmanstown, and Harold, husband of Ruth Keppley of Akron; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Clauser Funeral Home, North Carpenter Street, Schaefferstown, with visitation at 10. Interment will be in Schaefferstown Cemetery.
