Hazel is preceded in death by her husband F. L. "Mac" McDaniel, her mother, Ethel Mae Peal, grandmother, Dora, infant daughter, Nancy, brother Doyle Peal, sister, Dorothy Ellis, uncle, Buddy Campbell and infant grandaughters, Wendi and Leia.
