WINNFIELD - Services for Geradine Womack will be at 2 p.m. today in Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Winnfield with the Bishop Loy Gaar, Bishop Robert Taylor and Rev. Norris Curry officiating. Burial will be in Sikes Cemetery, Sikes, under direction of Southern, Winnfield.

Womack, 86, of Winnfield died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, in Lifecare Hospital, Shreveport.

She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Winnfield, a homemaker and a native of Sikes.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Womack and her parents, Riley and Ola Curry Abrams.

Survivors include one son, Michael L. Womack of Memphis, Tenn.; one daughter, Michelle W. Lawrence of Hammond; one brother, Austin Abrams of Winnfield; and one sister, Helen A. Malloy of Winnfield.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Malloy, Frank Hoffman, John Heard Womack Sr., Karl Lane Womack, Craig Hill and Matt Patton.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until noon in the funeral home and from 1 p.m. until time of services in the church.

Memorials may be made to Winn Shelter Workshop, 1006 South Jones St., Winnfield, LA 71483.
