NEWBERRY -- Elma Davis "Mamoo" Parker, 88, a homemaker, died Oct. 11, 1992.
A native of Levy County, Mrs. Parker came to Newberry in 1949 from Dunnellon. She was a former member of the Newberry Garden Club; the Newberry United Methodist Women; and the Newberry American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Newberry.
Survivors include her son, Clifton G. Parker, Gainesville; brothers, Tildon Davis, South Carolina, and Paul Davis, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
